Dependent Approved and Primary Waiting

I got an email saying that my wife's(Dependent) case has been approved on 02/23/05 . No change for my case(Primary), even though we filed together. My LUD changed on 02/25/2005, but no message or emails.

Anyone in a similar situation? Any advice?

there must be something wrong, dependant can't be approved if the primaery waiting? I hate NSC, I hate it, I hate it.
Call the 800 number and lets see what they can do.
 
AMR, Please keep us posted with any update on your case, it is a unique case and require alt of attention.

I am in same situation. I filed both I140 and I485 on April 2004 via concurrent filing. I have received approval notice(I-797C) for dependent members only
by post mail dated on 02-11-2005 from USCIS. But, primary is still pending.
There is no LUD changed for primary case. I have had a chance to speak
with USCIS person. They told me, "Just wait, primary case still working on it."
That's it. It was so stupid conversation.

My friend's wife was approved five months ago, he (primary) is still wating; to make matters worse, his PD has retrogressed in Jan 05. Seems like he will have to wait for several months now; Will wonders ever end at CIS :confused:

Are you from PHI/CHI/IND? If so they won't approve your case till PD is current. Till then, only your dependents can enjoy the 'freedom'.
 
Hi Armie...I am from India and my PD is current (PD Nov 2001). I have no idea what NSC is doing..I also spoke to NSC and she told me that each case they will treat as indidual.
