Dependency of I-485 to I-765 and/or I-131

Is there any dependency of I-485 to I-765 and/or I-131? Meaning is USCIS able to approve the adjustment of status without prior approving work authorization document and/or travel document? Or EAD and/or AP is just a benefit while waiting longer for green card?

AP and EAD gets approved faster, although they don't have any bearing on the I-131 approval, they are merely approved by virtue of a I-131 and I-485 filing.

Alright, let me put it in another way: I have been approved yesterday on both I-131 and I-765. How much more time should I except to pass before I-485 gets approved? :) I'm on EB2 ROW, filling concurrently...

Depends on the category of your petition, your priority date, and whether your I-130 or I-140 has been approved yet. Is your case based on employment or marriage? Or another relative such as a parent or sibling? What is your priority date and category?

They are just interim benefits allowing you to work or travel while waiting for the green card. Neither is mandatory; somebody who doesn't plan to work or travel during the green card process can decide not to apply for those, and their green card would still be approved if they otherwise meet the requirements for it.

I-140 approval should take 3-6 months. Since retrogression is unlikely for you, you can expect the I-485 approval anywhere from the same time as the I-140 approval to about 3 months after it.
