dependant approved, primary transferred&pending?

Hi all,

My spouse's case (NIW, Jan 2003, I-140 approved in March 2003) was tranferred to Baltimore Sept. 15 2004.
This morning for my case (which is pending in Vermont because I had applied I-485 along with our daughter 9 months after my spouse), I got email that its approved (I did FP in Oct 2004). Our daughter's case status shows "not available at this time"
Has anyone had of this situation before and if so please could you let me know what the outcome was? Is this a USCIS blunder or real approval?

Sorry but there are no legal grounds for approving a derivative case without the primary approval, unless your spouse's case had already been approved at the Baltimore local office without an interview and he/she hasn't been yet informed about it. Call them and find out.

This is normal. After approval kid's case cannot be located for a few days
