Folks,
The issue I have is that when I came thru POE (port of entry) in USA, my passport was not stamped with date of arrival . I have taken 3 trips outside USA in past 5 yeras all less than 6 weeks each. The dates of arrival/ departure in home country (India) are pretty clear . Does the District office personnel check this arrival record very minutely during the time of interview.
Also I am not very sure if one of my AR11 (1 address change out of 4 in the past 5 years) form ever reached INS .
Do I need an attorney to address these two concerns or can I file N 400 by myself.
Thanks
