Departmnet Of State Vs USCIS

After visiting Totronot consulate for H1B stamping and talking to visa officres over there i feel that compared with USCIS , Department Of State has 1000 times better officers in terms of Attituted, Presenation skills , open minded attitude, talent and understanding of American vision.
After seeing the USCIS officials at USA border and talking with USCIS custermor serrvice numbers I have made an opinion that USCIS officers are like Blue collar unionised workers where as the state department officials are like MBA grad managers.

Its Just a trivia : But factual observation which i cant avoid making.

I would like to hear your comments if you go and revalidate your visa from India or from Pakistan. Getting H1B from Toronto will not give you the overall picture of their attitude.

already done that

I already had 3 visa stamping form india before. All the time they give me stamp at window (i.e. Without even face to face meeitng) .
 
dude you can't be judgemental by one or couple of people, they are just people,

I went USCIS office to get my AP which was pending for more than 90 days, Office at the other end made such a bad remarks I felt humliated, next week I went USCIS office on a neighbouring state and got interim AP on the same day with a big smile

It all depends on Operating System ! Same application will crash in the some OS and will run fine in other OS.

If the environment at that USCIS office is to see all of us a potential contributing immigrants you get a big smile but if the office people are like people at NumberUSA then you know what you will get !!

When I read your title for the first time, I thought what a title for a good scifi movie ?

"Department of State vs USCIS" could be something comparable to that dreadful movie "Alien vs Predator". Don't you think ? :cool:
