Thats because rarely INS denies cases. Somewhere I saw a statistics being 77% approval for AOS and 99% for CP. But the ones that are denied are for fradulant cases, criminal background, missing paperworks which is also a rare cause for most of the "Innocent" immigrantion seekers.
