After reading the thread about 485 denied, I really begin to worry about my case. My husband and I live in different city and we haven't had ceremony yet (going to do it next May in Hawaii). And in 2003 I was denied visa in Canada, but came back to US using my expired visa. As I understand, as a F1 visa holder, I don't need to apply for new visa if I only go to canada for a very short period. But I applied for a new visa there and got denied. Even though I was inspected by a officer at the border and came back without problem, I don't know the consequences of that incidence. I remember when I left US, my I-94 was not taken away, so my last entry time to US on I-94 was still 2002. Well, my head is a mess now. Please help me~~~~~~~
