Denied TN due to 1-130 - Now husband won't continue with process

Here is my dilemma.
I am married to a USC who has filed an I-130.
I had returned to Canada because I had a job offer but was denied TN status because of the pending I-130.
Now, out of the blue, my husband is refusing to continue with the immigration process saying he doesn't want to be together anymore.
But he won't file for seperation, divorce or cancel the I-130. Meanwhile the job is still waiting for me and all my earthly posessions are in the US and he has effectively barred me from crossing the border!!

Here are my questions:
Can I withdraw the I-130 myself or does it need to be done by the USC?
If it is withdrawn, will I be able to try again for the TN at the border or will they assume that I am just trying to get into the states? How can I convince them that I have a job, but I no longer have a relationship....

Any advice, help, suggestions???? :(
