denied I-140

i need help or advice our I-140 was denied due to incomplete requirements. When we received the denial letter it tell us that we cant appeal the decission. Is it really no appeal? we cant do anything about it anymore? is there any way that we can still appeal? what we should do? is there anybody have this kind of situation? what happen? ill go crazy right now, i dont know what to do.

I-140

it was filed in St. Albans Vermont, TSE is the only one we miss to send. but god really help us like after 2 weeks from the denial letter, we passed the TSE. so we dont know if we can still request for consideration or can we still appeal the denials. what are the chances do we have? i really dont know what to do anymore.
