My RIR case has been denied by DBEC recently.

It is said that the ratio of denial rose from 4% in Feb. 2007 to 40% in April. 2007.

Now is the time to start the thread of Denied Cases Only.

How long paper notice take to arrive

Anybody has idea about how long the paper denial notice takes to arrive after the online status changes?

It seems that nobody has really received a paper denial notice. BECs are supposed to issue a paper ducument after they make a adjudication. Is it right?

Anybody here can recommend an attorney who has experience of dealing with DBEC and saved a denied case?

Any information would be very appreciated.

I don't think the denial rate is that high. Or else this thread would have tons of postings already.

It's been almost 2 months since my appeal and I haven't heard anything. Honestly I don't even know if DOL is processing my case at all. The case status online is still "denied".
