Hellos,,wish u can give me some advice...Me and my husband won the Dl 2007....bt after the medical exams my wive's results were poz.so the result were delayed a bit so we had to change out interview date.After going for interview the procedure was as usual and we paid the interviw fee of 775USD.We were called to the window and asked some quiestons abt our marriage as when did we marry and where.we were as asked to give supporting documens like pics of which we gave.by the end of the story we were told that we don't qualify coz we married for the purpose of immigration only.We left the embassy tongue tied.my hub never gave up and so he applied for the dv 2009-2010 of which again we have happened to be winners.Now what am worried is that are we going to played for the same game ama?Anybody there who can give advice and how we can get a waiver for me since am poz and my hb is neg and he is the main applicant to just help us.Coz i hear that if get through we have to have artonney at the state we are going who will sighn the waivers forms.please advice....
