Hi folks i had applied for reinstatment of status but it was denied and ins has given me thirty days for putting a motion with new evidences and facts.though i am prety sure that i wont get reinstatment because it was one sided decesion from ins and i didnot made any mistake any how now i dont care and have made my mind to go back to my country. now i have a quetion if i want to come back do i have to get a new visa or the same visa will work becuase my visa is valid till aug 2006.
