I filed I130 form for my parents brother and two sisters in 2005.
My parents got their visa in 2006. My brother's application approved in june 2009 ; but received denial for both of my sisters on july 17th 2009. Reason they says is
I did not submit copy of my citizen ship. I pulled my copy of record i filed and found that I did submit the copy naturalization certificate and all other documents too. I knew that there should be separate filing and separate evident for each application( which I did.)
I don't know what shall I do. I did submit the copy. May be it stuck with other docs or they mixed with other file or they discard with other unwanted documents I submitted such has my sister's passport copy my parents marriage certificate etc
do I have to Re apply for I130? will it back date my application ?
Do I have to file motion or appeal & if yes how? how much time i HAVE?
Can I submit my copy now?
