Denial in H-1B Transfer..Urgent help needed!!!

Hi,

CA Service senter : On H-1 transfer, I got an RFE. We replied to the RFE with the correct, requested evidence. Unfortunately, the H1 got denied. The reason mentioned in the notice was that we did not provide the required document. We did provide this document, may be the officer has overlooked?

We are actually replying to this denial notice asap.
1. Can any one tell me if all the requested information is submitted what are the chances of getting the H1 approved?
2. its already 6 months since this loop of H-1 transfer started. How much more time it would take to get this issue resolved

My suggestion is rather then waiting kindly get your H1 transfer to another company i see a very less probability of getting it approved, there is a very good chance of getting transfer to another company using present H1 receipt and latest paystub.

you may be right that they might have overlooked the new evidence you submitted based on your story. make sure you submit the same evidence when you appeal and put a notion that the same have been submitted earlier upon their initial request. good luck!
