Well it was wrong in my case too, but I was relieved getting approval after almost 60 days, so give yourself another 30 days and do make a call to there Customer Service Center... I know its a waste of half an hour but hey worth a try. I did the same thing and got approval within a week of calling them.

No theory working for CIS

You might probably notice somebody got approval without 2nd FP even his/her 1st FP already expired. CIS got troubles in their management.
