I think I need to contact Congress man for my spouse'case(more than 2 years old ). I remember you posted somewhere that we can find out if he/she is anti-immigration or not.

could you post again? I do not want to ask for help from the wrong house/senator.

Unless your congressman is on the immigration commitee or what it is called in the congress, he can only make a request for status. He will get it and pass it on, but it may not change anything in your case.

At least you get solid info on your case.
