What do you mean? You got a letter from VSC?
that means your case is still pending and they
are actively working on it like ants. It seems
to me there're many ppl working on writing
inquiry reponses, everybody gets different
responses, which is another side of BCIS's inefficiency.

When did you ask for the letter, when did you get the letter?
 
haha, first time I heard this useless word. Actively, meaning they work in bathroom and bath tub? Nonsense, meaning, wait, buddy, we're working. I doubt they are working on it.

Don't try to find any positive side from a misleading word.
