Delhi, going to India after 4 yrs F1 , OPT, Two employers, Third one is a reputed US company

Here are the facts:

Last went to India in Dec 2006 as a student.

Worked as a contractor via two consulting firms on OPT and H1. Have all pay slips except one month in May 2009.

Since May 2010 working for a very reputed US firm, have H1 documents ad everything else.

H1 Visa appointment at Delhi Dec 30.

What should I be careful about ? What extra documents should I carry ? Any problems ?? Please advice me everyone..
