I m expecting to get March Interview for CP at New Delhi. Could anyone advise what\'s the tel # to New Delhi consulate and what time is good to call from US to ask about the CP interview.

Keep calling/redialing from 11:00 p.m. EST. You will most likely get through before 1:00 a.m.
I suggest you should call them, because it seems to me that they start to process your files once reminded by the applicant!
And they give the approximate interview date 2 months from the date of entry of your application in their system.
