USCIS expects to provide in time-compliance for receipting of all form types by June 15, 2007.
Nebraska Service Center
USCIS is currently providing in time-compliance for receipting of all form types as of May 10, 2007
Texas Service Center
USCIS is currently providing in time-compliance for receipting of all form types as of May 10, 2007.
Vermont Service Center
USCIS expects to provide in time-compliance for receipting of all form types by June 2, 2007

Hope this news helps for all the H1's transfers and extensions waiting for the receipts and getting approved
 
Hi there so does that mena that if my case was for extension and it was approved on May 3, 2007. It could take a while before I get my approval notice from CAlifornia USCIS. I have been waitingng now for 2 weeks and nothing from the. All I got was an email stating that my case was approved and ntoice was emailed o May3, 2007.

In general, now long does it take to get the notices from USCIS.

My online status also stated approval notice was sent on 5/3 but hasn't arrived in the mail. Is this possible due to the delay posted?
