With Sep cases left, scores of Oct cases left and coming holiday season mood and holidays, there would be tremendous delay in processing. Oct will easily continue till January. This was expected though.

Most Sept and Oct cases that have not been approved have ND of November and December, so they will be processed together with Nov and Dec RD cases. No surprise here...
One positive thing that we have to admit is that EAD renewal is very fast these days. The Receipt Notice indicates 60-90 days, but I got mine approved and mailed in less than 4 weeks!
So people in VSC are still working

difference of opinion
There is a difference of opinion here.
1. In this forum there are many predictors who either want to be famous by seeing there post being viewed by many or are just inviting some sort of confrontation or looking to find someone who is more frustated than you are and feel happy about it that there is someone in this world who is suffering more than me.
Sir, even though everyone has a right to express and freedom of speech, by posting that Oct/Nov cases will be processed in so and so month or there is going to be paralleling processing of Nov/Dec/Jan, one cannot get himself "GREEN CARD"or for anybody for that matter.
Everybody here is browsing this board from morning till evening just to see and console himself/herself where he/she stands in this rat race.
It seems either public is foolish to agree to all these speculations or people have real intimate connections inside.
So in nutshell friend, keep posting anything whatever you feel (its free and there is no tax also), things will change course when they have to change.
I want to ask those you already got there GC's, that " How many posts, thread starters do they remember like these while they were waiting on there final stages of GC approval"
I can bet NONE.
