I applied for a replacement I-94 via for I-102 (the immigration officer at the airport made a mistake on the original) to VSC. The application was recieved by the VSC on May 12, 2004 (fedex tracking), but I have not yet received a receipt notice. A few questions:
Does the BCIS send an acknowledgement receipt for I-102/I-94 applications?
How long does it usually take for the BCIS to acknowledge receipt?
How long should I wait before I approach the BCIS to confirm receipt?
How long does it usually take the BCIS to send the replacement card.. I see that they are currently processing March 26, 2004.
