I am on H1-B Visa and I have been working with this company for quite sometime now, and recently since the past 6 months or so they have started delaying my pay by almost 45 days. Earlier the delay was only for 15-20days and I was fine with it. Since I was told they need to process the paychecks from the third party vendor or the client or whatever.
But 45 days is a little too much, since the client is making all the payments on time. Is there anything I can do at my end? Since emailing and calling the HR doesn't seem to work out?
What are my options?
