Delay with RD/ND March, 2001.....

Hello gcwaitguy and NSC_485_wait:

I'm in the same boat with you guys. I don't know what is
wrong with my I-485. I'm applying AOS. IIO gave me all
kinds of story. (I-140 connection, security check..., sometime
they told me everything is OK and just wait for adjust)
I contact Congress, senator etc. Up till today I haven't heard anything. Right now with NSC processing date 1/24/01 will make
our case even worse. I don't know how long need to wait? I almost lost hope for this.
I have serveral friends with the same RD/ND as mine got approval
in March, April. I have another friend with ND June and got
approval in July. My friends with RD/ND same or late than mine are
all done. I'm the only one left. I wish I know what is wrong?
It is frustrated process and hopefully with each other at the same
situation will keep us still having the hope.......

I understand your frustration. I've also had the same responses from NSC, file has moved, waiting to be assigned, still waiting for I140 connection, etc. Don't know what to believe and what not to. Senator's office won't do anything because of the processing dates.

Trying to stay as positive as I can, hopefully some day our turn will come. Good luck to all of us!
 
Glad to find that there are others still waiting with March/April 2001 RD/ND's. IIO's have been telling me similar stories. Also tell me to call back in 2-3 months. It is frustrating to say the least.

Is there a tracker for March 2001 RD's on this board? If there is one, how do I find it? Thanks.
