Delay passport stamping after final approval ????

I got mime and my wifes final approval and my wife is in India. She is on Parol currently and she has 2.5 months more to expire on the Parol. She will be coming back to US in another 2 months. Will this cause a problem if she gets her passport stamped after 2 months after the approval notice letter is arrived. I heard that we can get the passport stamped within 1 year after the approval as per the rules. Is this true. Should I ask my wife to fly back immediately. Someone please advice.

I'm planning to go and get my passport stamped immediately as a parallel activity.
 
I heard IBIS check will expire in 31 days

Some one in this forum posted that IBIS Verification will expire in 31 days and advised all 1485 Approved folks to get their pp stamped within 31 days else, they need to do IBIS checks again and may cause delay.

Other than that, no problems atall.
 
IBIS is anyway done again

I had my passport stamping done last week. And as per the instruction that I got they took my passport saying that they would be doing IBIS verification and it would take 30 minutes. So after 30 minutes they had my passport stamped. In one corner of the page there was a "IBIS Checked" stamp. So I believe the IBIS check is done online and its fast. My approval date was July 29th.
 
I guess Some centers are not yet capable of online checking. Hence..

May be some centers without online IBIS verification capability cause delay.
