Hi, I filed two I-140 petitions: EB-1 and EB-2. My EB-1 petition got approved in July 2002 and i submited my I-485 on Sept. 6, 2002. Today i just got my EB-2 approval notice. I would like to use EB-2 to continue my I-485 process (It is free to change employer).
My question is: Can i apply for two I-485 or I need cancel my first one? Can I cancel i-485 process and let them send my files back to me? Thanks for your help!!!
