Delay on EAD and AOS news on CNN

Hi All,
Around an hour back while I was driving, I heard the CNN reporter talking about long delay with AOS and EAD and background checks etc. Due to the traffic noise, I could not follow the complete story but certainly I captured one sentence where commisionner was talking about delay in AOS and effectivness of background checks have resulted into arresting thousands of illegal immigrants and "something" will delay till 2005. Will someone let us know the complete story if he/she has listned this news on CNN? Regards,

P.S. I am unable to search this news on cnn.com now. Probably it is too early to be reported on web.

We need to find CNN's reporter and inform him that we are not illegal immigrants.
 
1590 AM(Bay Area local channel) but all the news (except traffic news) on this channel is direct broadcast from CNN. ND022202
might be corrects because the given URL contents sounds familiar to me. Thanks.
