Delay in receipt notices

I filed my EAD extension about a month ago but i did not receive my notices yet. So, I called today and the guy says our computer systems is down, so they could'nt print them. But he gave the SRC number over the phone for the status check.
Did any one get receipt notices recently who applied since one month ago?

I too had applied for EAD renewal -
Sent - March 6th
BCIS recd - March 7th
BCIS sent notices - March 12th.
I rec'd notices - March 13th (Houston).
