I applied for my citizenship in November 2001. Since then, I had my fingerprints taken three times, went through interview in August 2003 and had passed it, but yet, did not receive an invantation for the Oath Ceremony. I was told that my name check still have not been completed. I called Vermont office for over two years, and went to INS office five times, but everytime was told the same thing "we are still working on your case". I wrote my congressman (I live in MA) about a year ago, and also, unsuccessful. Moreover, I had Navy Admiral contacting INS to inquiry about my status, but he was given the same explanation.
What should I do?
