Delay in NSC Processing EB1-OR CP Option

I am wondering why EB1-OR is not moving from Dec-2002 . It is going to be 8 months. Any one know the reason?

When they will cope up with other option processing dates?

My I-140 was received at NSC April 1, 2002....no word for about 500 days now. I've even had someone from the Senator's office in my district call on my behalf and even they can't get answers. Just "still awaiting security clearance".

In the 3 years I've been in the US on an L1 I've paid in to the six figures in taxes. You'd think that at the very least I'm entitled to due process. At this point, my wife and I are preparing to move back to Canada as dealing with the INS is pointless.

Hearing stories like yours is mind boggling!!
This is becoming ridiculous day by day!! 500 days for I-140??!!!

I have just filed my LC with Kansas. How much time time did it take for your LC?
