My Advance Parole was approved on 2/20/02 per AVM (applied on 1/16/02). Later the AVM changed to "On March 4, the document we made based on the approval of the case was sent to the person to whom it issued directly." So far 8 days has passed and I have not received it yet. Anybody has similiar experience? Thanks. When I first applied, I got my receipt notice in a few days.

Relax!! You or your lawyer will get it. Mine took about 3 weeks from the date it was approved. Don\'

Thanks, guys. I received the document today. The postmark date is 3/5/02. Do not know why it took the mail 8 days to get to my home. First class mail in US usually takes 2 to 3 days.

Another question. In the mail I received, the cover page says that "Enclosed you will find the original and two copies of Form I-512 approved on behalf of yourself." However, I only find one copy with my picture (labeled TO ALIEN) and another copy without picture (TO TRANSPORTATION LINE). In addition, there is a Form I-831 (Continuation Page for Form I512). I did not find two copies of Form I-512, in addition to the original. Is the two copies (one original and one to airlines) I have sufficient? If I give my second copy to the airlines when I first use it, what should I use the second time? Also, does immigration officer at the port of entry take any copy or stamp anything on the document?

Thanks.

However, my question was I only get one original and one copy of the Form I-512, not two copies. Are they sufficient? How many copies are we supposed to get from TSC? Thanks.

Relax! Everything is ok. You will get to keep that 1 stamped copy to use yourself for the next year.
