Delay in EAD due to RFE

I 130 approved based on marriage to a USC
I 485 & I 760 filed 6-5-07
Biometrics done 7-5-07
RFE for I 864 affidavit of support 7-7-07
LUD 7/18/07
RFE reply received by USCIS 7-19-07
How much will this delay my application ?
I need the EAD to start my new job on 9-1-07!

I've got the exact same problem. The USCIS websites has NO updates for me either. At least you know that they've received your reply!!

Yep sometimes they even ask for what you already submitted, i guess thay are doing that o buy time for themselves. well what ever the case is I'm sure they wil get to it, sometime you get to receive all at onece, ie Ead, and IL at the same time.

Thanks, that's exactly what I had in mind. One of my friends filed for EAD & GC at the same time, and both the EAD and notice for interview came at the same time. But hey, it's my fault for not sending everything COMPLETE at the same time. People filing here in California are gettin their GC in 1-2 months!!
