filed my application June 2001

my labor application was filed june 2001
in RIR .
labor dept said that RIR is not possible in current economic conditions
and told my company to readvertise.
the resumes which will be recieved by both my company and INS
will have to be interviewed by my company.
so the process of labor has become very strict in current conditions.
anybody knows if anybody received labor certification after sept 11
please reply.
