Delaware GC

Hi,


I heard that there is problem if you have filled Labor from Delaware.

Now my company's head quarter is in NJ and they have branch in DE. They have tax payer id and they generating pay slips from Delaware and paying all taxes.

Is it possible that my company can get any query ?


Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Anything is possible in DE, I was in same boat, My case filed in NJ years ago and I filed another LC from DE, I got my labour cleared and still waiting for Fed. Mean time, I got my NJ cleared (state/Fed).

This LC issue has become a Rabbit and Tortise race......You know ultimately who won the race.

Morale of the story: Wise Men learn from the experiences of Fools........My friends learnt this lesson from me (just kidding)
