Delaware EB2/EB3 RIR Help

Hello all,

I am filing for my GC through a Delaware co.? I have done MS in CS in US with 3 yrs experience. Will I be qualified in EB2 category?

Also, are the RIR cases in delaware getting cleared? Any information is greatly appreciated.

yes you should apply with EB2.

Now it is not making any difference but who knows. RIR is good thing to do. Otherwise it will take more time.
