Degree not equivalent to BS in CS of US for approved LC

getting an approved LC but Degree not adding upto BS in CS in US.

I have BCom degree from india and some sw courses. For H1b my evaluation says that it is equivalent but for GC the lawyer says he can not obtain an equivalency certificate/

Any mean of how can I get a degree in US in shortest period of time. I have an LC for very low cost available for me.

Please help

You can go to any online university websites and take make up courses there. Talk to a counsellor there and he will guide you. It will cost money and make sure it is an acredited univ.

If you have an approved labor already, you should have that qualification required by the labor before the date, when the labor was applied.

If you qualify for the labor after it was applied it is not a match.

I am not sure how much getting a degree at this point would really help.
