Hello Folks - I am hoping that someone on this forum can point me in the right direction. I have a BTech from India and I am looking for an evaluation service accepted by USCIS/CBP. The challenge I have is that my insititution in India does not have any kind of process to request transcripts online or to send them to any of the renowned evaluation services in Canada or the US. The only way to obtain transcripts in a sealed envelope is by going to India in person. What can I do? Is there anyone else who faced a similar situation?

Do you know if UofT or WES accept scanned originals as proof to provide some kind of a provisional evaluation while waiting for official transcripts from India?University of Toronto and WES are acceptable..It's a rigorous process..My Transcripts also came for india , took 6 months

I would read the reviews for UoT CES before using them. They are very very slow.
