After some time searching I finally found a sponsor to my H1B visa. The company is really intersted on my work experience but i dont have the Bachelor Degree. I have around 8 years of experience on my area but I only can really proove 6 years of experience. Ive being reading a lot about it and i saw that each 3 year experience will give me 1 year of missing Univ.
The big problem is that i only can convert my experience to 2 years of Univ. That would be good if i had another 2 Univ years but i only have 6 months (i know.. shame on me).
So thats why im posting my situation here, some of you guys know if theres a way for me in this situation to get into the H1B process ? Is there to make some kind of agreement that i should finish the univ in the USA?
Please.. help me!
