I am a Masters student ,I have a job which is supposed to start from 27th June and my OPT i-20 starts from 25th June.I have finished all my coursework except for my thesis defense. What options do I have in case I am not able to defend my thesis by 25th June.Do I need to apply again with a new OPT start date (which would take 90 days and I will probably end up losing the offer) or I can defend my thesis while being on OPT?
