OK, AFAIK there are some (4-5) "old" (ID# = nnnn) people with more-or-less similar situation (no approval for amended I-140 yet, but with receipt) as you _AND_ even more "old" people with amended I-140 approved - but still waiting ... I guess that as long as your amended I-140 is linked with your I-485 case and you have no FP/FBI/CIA/whatever issues - you really need just to wait for a while...
