May be the moderators can change the name to

"Dedicated link for important information - Check here before posting" in 'BOLD'.

But i wont be surprised if people continue to ask questions that have been answered trillion times. It really amazes(read irritates) that people wont bother to search first.
 
Maybe pingpong02 can consolidate all the messages as one and delete others. Also manumahi and others who posted "good job" can delete their messages. This will crunch the three pages to probably 20 lines.
