Dear fellows
I need some help regarding my case
my case history:-
applied for immigration Buffalo, USA: July 2001
had my interview in LA on feb 12/2002
sent medical forms to Ottawa: June 2002
recieved a letter dated Aug 28, 2002 asking for proof of funds and police certificates from 2 states in USA as I used to live there.
sent updated proof of funds and FBI and Police reports in October 2002.

Now when I checked my E status it says that decision has been made and a letter was sent to me on August 29, 2002. ( I recieved a letter from them to send police report and updated proof of funds dated August 28, 2002) But When I checked with the CIC LA they said that my application is pending for background check once its completed they will inform me.

I dont understand this that if my case is pending then why the E status says "decision is made"
I will appreciate the comments.

Decision made means if u are clear from medical test and back ground test.That means u r all set for passport stamping.But i dont know why the sent lettter to u. did u missed these previously???
