Both of my I290b and denied I140 LUB changed to :
On January 4, 2005, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
From the previous lub change, I know that my case was recevied back by them from AAO.
My quesiton is:
How I can know the decision made by AAO?Is the disicion made by AAO is final?
