Has anyone noticed any connection between
1. Time to approval after RFE receipt date
and
2. Original I-485 Receipt Date
At least for 2002 cases and RFE submissions within the past 6 months, it seems:
Earlier the I-485 Receipt Date the sooner the application is approved after RRE receipt.
Looking at Rupnet --> hardly any RFEs on applications after July 2002 Receipt Date have been approved whereas a lot of RFEs with application date prior to that have gotten approved within a month or so.
