December RFE

I got an RFE for 2 mouths of paystub

3 years of W2 and

3 years of tax forms.

This year i got an offical tax extension for missing brokerage forms. (paid ~1200) taxes with extension.

Do u think that would be problem. I am filing the tax forms this week.

If you paid your taxes and can show it then you should be fine.

Did you summit copies of your income tax returns that were completed at the time that you filed your I-485 initially? Is BCIS asking because you never summited any income tax returns to them?

yes, i will get the copy of my cancelled check from my bank. I will also file the taxes for 2002 by monday. Will send along with the reply

no, my lawyer did not ask for this back at dec 2001 . I did not know they were necessary.

once you do all the required you should be all set. Extended tax filing shouldn't be an issue. Only that it got you moving before you probably wanted to. Go ahead with it soon. You should get the approval in 20 days. All the best. Good to see 065 moving some bit
