Yes. The priority date for EB3 India for December is May 01 2001. Hence you do not see approvals beyond that in December. However, due to low volume consumption so far, we may see some forward movement of EB3 India in 2nd quarter of the year starting January 2008.

soon, they will need carbon dating to figure out when applications were submitted :)

I Gravitation IV, accept this Green Card on behalf of my great grandfather Gravitation, who first came to US in 1997 and passed away on 2075. His priority date was 2003 and he holds the Guinness World Record for the maximum number of EAD renewals, 97.

As per his wishes, his tomb will be opened and the green-card, along with the welcome letter will be put into it. Also, as per his wishes, his signature will be updated on immigrationportal.com. May his soul finally attain some peace.

There are less than 10 EB3 approvals on trackit site from all countries. If 10% respond to trackit stats, its less than 100 so far. We could see encouraging forward movement for EB3 in Jan VB.

Still no approvals posted from EB3 India.DS predicted huge volume filers in June July 2007 for 2001 PD. Seems not many left over from April 2001. Only 5 December approvals from India posted on Trackit.
