December case approved ?

I find a December RD/ND case approved on Rupnet. Is the approval time frame on its slow and "inexorable" crawl once again ?
 
My suspision (could be just wishful thinking) is that NSC has been processing cases at their "regular pace," which has been 3-4 approvals per day in recent weeks (except the last week). We didnt see as many approvals/RFEs reported on rupnet (or this forum) in the last week or so because of problems with updating of the BCIS "online status check" system.

Perhaps we will see the usual activity of (reports of) approvals/RFEs on rupnet and in this forum shortly. I believe a lag of about 10 days should take care of the time it takes to receive the approval/RFE in the mail after it has been processed by NSC.

Adding salt to the injury

Although am happy for the guy but talk about BCIS adding salt to the injury , going out of the way (schedule if there exists one ) to approve a case way ahead of those eagerly awaiting approval before this case. Just shows that there is no method to their madness.

Any news on why there has been no approval for the past week ?
someone did suggest that they might be on spring break.

The last thing I need is to see, any of these BCIS guys on one of the MTV spring break shows. Arrgg!!
