Good news here. Just seen the magic emails saying our 485 petitions have been approved. Yesss... Now I can see/feel everything Green and Good. Thanks to everyone for all the information shared here. This forum has been Awesome and Good Luck to all for their turn.

Got RFE for I140,

All got approved today

Congrats liveinusa... so now you can indefinitely live-in-USA :D :D

Looks like they are picking up those cases which will be hit by retrogression. If not then my case should be next ... hopefully :)

My PD of substitute labor is 03/2000 if they consider original PD.. if not I am sc....@#$%^!...d
 
did any of you guys who has got approval did case enquiry to USCIS which might have triggered the process just wondering(all you can do if your case is in TSC)
i was thinking of calling them, what you guys suggest.
