December 2001 Cases Pending in BCIS

Hi All !

Me and wife's case is pending since December 2001.

Have sent umpteen number of inquiries to no avail.

Talked to the congress man and he told that they have sent it to the local office for finger printing. God knows when it will be approved.

Ask through senators. Don't stop faxes. You'll hear from them , that's for sure.

I am in the same situation as you. It seems once it's sent to schedule for 2nd FP, it's no longer in CSC's control (??). I have yet to find out what's the story behind FP scheduling.

my attorney said they were told by CSC that they should not call so often [2 calls (in a month) in the entire process !!], so they will not do anything till end of Sept. I don't really care for them, they are not getting any true/useful information anyway.

Ask through senators. Don't stop faxes. You'll hear from them , that's for sure.

I have not heard back from either senators (sent to 2). I'm sending level 2 fax each week.
