good news /bad news

this is ridiculous , It shows BCIS still working on 2001 cases. what about all 2002 and 2003 cases. should be assume that BCIS will be working on Dec 2002 cases in januray 2005 and december 2003 cases in Jan 2006.

God help us we are stuck in a long wait processsssssssss.
